Strategy:
This deck won creator Bradon "Hawke" Flores a Morikage tournament, and got him second place in two other Morikages. It's a well-designed deck, and one of a series of "target" decks I'd like to post here for us to learn from. After all, one cannot hope to defeat an enemy if one does now know one's enemy.
Here's the rundown on what goes under the Kyuden Hitomi against what opponents, straight from the source:
"Against an honor runner, put the 12th Scroll, RoV, People's Champ, Shame/Martyr and His Most Favored underneath the SH.
"Against a militant deck, you put in the 12th Scroll, RoV, Iaijutsu Duel, His Most Favored and the Egg. Unicorn really hates getting their Karasu e2 egged.
"Against another Dragon, the only sure-fire cards to put under are the sword, RoV and the egg. Maybe even the 12th.
"If you hear of a deck not normally associated with honor actually winning by honor, put your sword underneath just in case of them playing it too."
